SHIPPING POLICY

Typically orders are shipped out within two business days. For International and Canadian orders we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

If you receive an error message when placing your order, would like to place a large quantity order, or are a gallery or bookstore inquiring about wholesale discounts; please contact BLUM at (310) 836-2062 or blumbooks@blum-gallery.com.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you receive a catalogue that is not correct, not as described, or damaged; you are eligible for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to BLUM within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in, including original packaging.

If you change your mind or decide you do not want the catalogue; you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price only. The original shipping cost will not be refunded and the buyer is required to pay for return shipping. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to BLUM within 30 days of the sale date unopened and in the same condition you received it in, including original packaging.

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method once BLUM receives the item. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment; if your item does not arrive and tracking is not provided, the refund will be cancelled.
